    Xenia Lappo is a Russian-American producer and strategic marketing and business development professional based in Los Angeles, working across the United States and internationally. With over 16 years of experience in marketing, PR, and partnerships for global brands including Subaru, Hyundai, and ARRI, she brings both creative producing and high-level strategy to every project.

    Through her company REAL REEL, Xenia develops and produces film and video projects while also helping filmmakers, brands, and companies shape strategy, partnerships, marketing, and distribution. She is known for approaching projects not just as a producer, but as a problem solver who helps move ideas from concept to execution to audience.

    She works with a curated network of trusted creative collaborators and maintains professional relationships across the U.S. and international markets, allowing her to connect projects, people, and opportunities across borders.
